You must be 21 years of age or older to buy wine or spirits. Alcoholic beverages may only be sold and delivered to persons 21 years of age or older. By placing you order with us, you are representing the fact that you are at least 21 years of age. The person accepting the delivery will be required to show appropriate legal identification verifying the fact that they are at least 21 years old. There are a number of shipping options: Ground Service (2 – 5 business days), 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.

OUTSIDE THE LOCAL AREA:

There will be a 1% insurance charge on the total purchase price of you order to cover any breakage or loss that may occur. If you choose not accept this coverage, please uncheck the acceptance box on the shipping form. In doing so, you absolve Young’s from any responsibility of loss that may occur. It is important to note that certain states restrict the amount of alcoholic beverages that may be purchased and shipped into their jurisdiction without the requirement of licenses and permits. Young’s, as a condition of sale, assumes no responsibility for the obtaining of licenses or permits. Please investigate your states requirements and limitations and determine the proper manner in which alcoholic products may be brought into your state from New York. There are a number of states that prohibit the shipment of wine and spirits into their jurisdiction. As of now, the following states limit the shipments from New York to non- alcohol related items: FL, GA, IN, KY, PA, MD, NC, TN and UT.
